From time to time at the request of members of the Congregation or at the suggestion of the Rabbi, classes for adults are offered at the Synagogue.
They have included:
Beginning, intermediate and advanced Hebrew
Detailed analysis of books of the Bible such as Joshua and Job
Studies of individual parts of the prayer service
Life cycle events in Jewish life from birth to death
Jewish customs
Jewish holiday observance
Current events of Jewish concern
Trips to places of Jewish interest such as the Gomez home
Adult bar mitzvah and bat mitzvah preparation
