Baklava Cooking Class by Kosta Kollef on November 2nd at 11 AM.Â
Learn an authentic recipe from Corfu Greece that Kosta learned while watching his mother make it. Each person will make a tray of baklava to be baked at home. There will be a demonstration on making the syrup for baklava. Each person will also receive a printed recipe, a small pastry brush, and a tea towel.
Cost: $18 for members, $36 for non-members
